Lindsey and I have just been notified that some shifts did not pay correctly for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We have verified in our system that everything is set up correctly and should have paid time and a half from 3pm on 12/24/20 until 7am on 12/26/20. However, as we are reviewing further, this does not appear to have paid correctly. We are working now with our software company to find out what occurred and how to best correct the issue and ensure it does not happen again next week for New Years Eve/Day.
We know this is very frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience we know this may cause you. You have been paid the normal pay for the hours worked, but we will have the issue resolved ASAP and will ensure you get the additional ½ time holiday amount paid to you on the next payroll.
