No Place Like Home offers insurance plans to all eligible employees after 90 days of employment. (minimum of 29 hours per week)
Coverage can only be initiated, changed, or terminated after 90 days of hire, during open enrollment, or upon a qualifying event.

Enrollment is not mandatory; but each eligible employee must sign the waiver section each year declining coverage if you choose not to enroll in coverage. (located on pg 2 of the application)
