Flu Vaccine Information
No Place Like Home offers and encourages all employees to obtain the annual flu vaccination. We are also required to document annual flu vaccine status on all employees
Every year all employees are required to do one of the following:
- Receive the flu shot through the clinic/pharmacy of your choice.
- If you have ACA compliant health insurance the cost is covered under “preventative care”
- we will reimburse up to $35 if you pay.
- Receive the flu shot free of charge through No Place Like Home/The Shot Nurse.
- Show proof of vaccination received from another provider.
- Formally decline receiving the flu shot.
