There are a few terms to consider when signing up… please read the following and enter your initials by each indicating your understanding of the terms…

•  I understand that the information submitted via the electronic work record website is a legal document and bound by the employee handbook rules for payroll and work records .
•  The website for No Place Like Home Inc. may at times be unavailable due to service or provider interruptions and in such case I understand that I am still responsible for ensuring that my work record is received by No Place Like Home, Inc. via an alternative method according to No Place Like Home, Inc. policy and procedure.
•  No Place Like Home, Inc. may re-assign passwords, with due notice, at its discretion to ensure company security.

 All work records, regardless of delivery method, must be received by 5pm every Monday

“I am requesting No Place Like Home, Inc. to electronically accept the record of my hours worked via the No Place Like Home, Inc. website. My user ID will be assigned to me by No Place Like Home, Inc. and I have personally chosen the log in password indicated below and attest that I shall be the only person to submit work record information using this user ID and password combination.”
