To be eligible for a bonus for referring nurses to NPLH the following must be satisfied:
- The referred applicant must list the referring nurse's name in the referral box on their application.
- The referred applicant must be qualified, complete skills assessments, and then be employed with NPLH.
- The referred applicant must have worked a total of 120 hours prior to payout of the bonus.
- The referring nurse must be employed by NPLH at the time of payout to receive the bonus.
Once these conditions are met YOU MUST request the bonus payout by placing a note on your timesheet requesting the payout of your bonus.
Current bonus promotion: (LPN or RN) $150 for non-vent nurses; $200 for ventilator trained nurses. The bonus is paid to the referring nurse after the above criteria have been met.
